[Lowfer] new 500 kHz grabber

That's all the changes I am going to do tonight.  It looks like I won't be
able to use the ICOM PCR1000 unless I build either a band pass or a low pass
filter for 505 KC.   The Kenwood TS870 works quite well but I don't want to
keep it tied up as a grabber receiver all the time.Ted
