Hi Charlie,
Glad the RNA link was useful to you. It's been mentioned here before, but sounds like it was time to mention it again. :)  I download a new copy to keep on my computer every month or so, to make sure I have all the latest updates, but most of the beacons in the 510-530kc range haven't changed in quite awhile, so if one just wanted that range, then I think downloading it once would probably be enough. (For west coast folks there are some additional beacons in Alaska that I didn't mention, that can be found on the RNA list. 530 ADK, Adak, for instance, is a morning regular here.)
