[Lowfer] new 500 kHz grabber

OK.  I have now set it up to be CW NDB fast.   I am using the pa0rdt
miniwhip antenna which is up about 40 feet.  The receiver is an ICOM
PCR1000.  Thanks for the advice.Ted
