[Lowfer] Another Antenna question - Wet Ground Issue

Some we have noticed that when it rains things can (can) get worse conductivity/permittivity wise as the rain (here anyway) is a source of reasonable pure liqiuid and it actually washes away the solids and salts to (some) depth making it more of a poorer conductive medium at some RF freqs.....
