Bingo ! that's the one - I built a 5/8 wave 14 MHz vertical using
al irrigation tubing - as described in the book.  I would like to build
another - but at 10 MHz this time - but have been unable to find my
copy. I can remember most details, but would like to see the original
article - to refresh my memory and feel more comfortable.
