   Hello Jay: I have been trying for several nights to get Bills XGR/5,
   but just ain't gonna happen here in Tn. So on Thurs. night around 10pm
   I tuned you in at 506.500 in CW mode. Here's the rundown. With current
   static levels ( 15dB over S-9 ), using the rigs 500 cycle filters only,
   you weren't there. Narrowing down to 80Hz audio filtering ( outboard filter ),
   you were probably a 349 RST just perceptible in the noise. I kicked in SpecLabs
   DSP filtering; with 20Hz bandwidth, and 30Hz slope, centered at 780Hz
   ( that's where I get maximum audio output from my filters ), and
   Wah-Lah; there you were, a good 479 RST less the occasional QSB.
   That would have been an easy QSO signal then. It took a lot of filtering;
   but it was fun digging your signal out of the noise. I'll try recording a
   short audio clip for you to hear the signal down here in the southland.
   Have a good day OM !!
