[Lowfer] WE2XGR/5 begins transmissions

Bill

Happened to be sitting in front of the receiver tuned to your frequency for 
the past hour or so while working on the computer. Audible copy of /5 began 
at 6:46. I'm reading your frequency as 512.289 kHz. This could be the reason 
I didn't see anything earlier.
