Stan,

WSPR maintains a text file called All_mept.txt, which should be in the 
\Program Files\Wspr directory. That will have all of the text you have 
captured to date.

If you want to send a screenshot of the WSPR screen, just do an 
Alt-Printscreen, paste the shot into a graphics program, and save it as 
a jpg or gif.
