[Lowfer] XGR/3 WSPR on 507 KHz tonight

Dick,

The copy is puzzling, though. The XGR signal is from Jay, and should 
read "WE2XGR FN31 50". I'm sending two signals, "W1TAG FN42 52", and 
"W1TAG FN42 42". The dB readings don't match what you're getting.
