For a two minute window, it seems to do as well as WOLF. Of course, WOLF 
can build up copy over longer periods, and win the weak signal battle 
easily. But it's a great way to do beacons, as you can have a bunch of 
them with only 10-20 Hz separation, and get reports on all that were 
copyable during that two minutes. I wish we had a bunch of beacons!
