[Lowfer] WD2XEX WSPR Test 137.577 kHz tonight

WD2XES will try a test of the MEPT mode using Joe Taylor's WSPR software 
tonight. Starting time will be around 2330 UTC. Set your receiver for 
136.077, USB. The WD2XES signal will be 1500 Hz above that, which should 
correspond to the center of the software's passband. I will be running 
about 50 watts transmitter output, which is 10 dB below normal.

The question to be answered is whether the Loran lines in that band will 
mess up the copy when the signal is weak. Any reports would be welcome.
