Hello Again Pete: I saw the signal you're refering to. I was monitoring 137.577KHz in WOLF mode
trying to pull in Johns 1 watt xmission from Conn. and saw a very sharp peak around 137.700KHz 
on the spectogram. Super strong, did not try to check it out to see who it was though, but as
previously posted; most likely Warren ( K2ORS ) WD2XGJ. If he was running QRSS-60, the signal
you thought was tuning was actually a slow morse transmission. 1 min. dit; and 3 min dah.
