[Lowfer] " WMS " recieved in Friendsville, Tn. ( 516 ) miles

Helo Steve: " WMS " is on 187.491.43KHz with some slight drift, usually upward on Dah's ;         
( dashes )  His published frequency is 187.492KHz. He uses QRSS-30 mode, as does " COV ",
on 185.298 +/- Hz. My best capture times ( by computer ) are usually around 07:00 to
11:00 UTC; ( 3am to 7am EDST ). Optimum Recieve conditions will be going down rapidly now 
that the sun has risen North of the equator.
