[Lowfer] WD2XES QRP WOLF 137.577

I have been working on a Part 15 WOLF transmitter that does not require
a computer. This will eventually be installed at the TAG site in Maine,
where the likelihood of keeping a computer running unattended 24/7 is low.

At the moment, the transmitter is running on my bench at 1 watt DC input
on 137.577 kHz into the regular WD2XES antenna. This is Part 5
operation, not Part 15, so the inside PA location and large antenna is
not an issue. The frequency is derived from a 10 MHz oven-controlled
oscillator, as is the bit timing of the WOLF signal. One unusual feature
is that the microcontroller in the exciter controls the voltage to the
Class D PA, allowing shaped keying. The rise and fall times for the WOLF
bits are presently 5 milliseconds. This is similar to the shaping of the
WOLF GUI signal, and it gets rid of a lot of the wideband key-clicks.

I will leave the transmitter running on 137.577 at the 1 watt level
until Sunday night. Reports would be appreciated.
