[Lowfer] XGR/3 WOLF Again

Hi John, Lowfers,

I used the same setup as I've been using all along, so I've
no idea as to why I couldn't get a lock and display with
intelligible characters.  The signal was quite audible at
times, as you mentioned in your post...very strange!
