[Lowfer] TS450S BCB attenuator mod. posted on Lowfer Forum

Hello All. 
I tried to post the Mod details to bypass the BCB attenuator on the TS450S
on the Lowfer Forum. I don't know if it worked right. I am on dialup, and
unfortunately, the WWW just isn't geared for dialup anymore. Anyone who would
do so, please try to look at the post and see what happens.
