[Lowfer] What is " WEB " email address ???

After months of trying; " WEB " finally pushed thru into Friendsville, Tn.( EM75xr)
Early Sat. morning, just before daybreak. At the peak of the signal, around 7:20am
it was so strong that it was " Dog-Bone-ing " the ARGO display. Pretty strong 
propogation for a LOWfer to do that !!
Does anyone know " WEB "s email address ?? I want to send the captures to him.
I'll sure be glad when the LWCA website is back up, lost access to much info there.
