[Lowfer] WSPR Tests

XGR/3 is off as of 0200 UTC. Thanks to Stan, Lloyd, Jay, Dick and Fred 
for the reports. Fred had trouble making this setup work with his HP3586 
SLM. We'll have to work on that one!

Since this is supposed to be a weak signal mode, it might be fun to try 
a QRP approach -- maybe tomorrow night. Stay tuned. It'll also be 
interesting to see how this does down at 137 with Loran lines, etc.
