[Lowfer] WMS temp off the air

Hey Paul: I installed a new narrow filter in the rig
tonite and was trying to copy your beacon. Guess that
explains why it wasn't there. I have copied " RM " ,
but too much QRN for " WEB ", and before the new
filter your freq. had heavy QRN also. Will try you
again in a couple of days. " COV " just hasn't popped
up for me here in Tn.
