Hi JB,
Yes my XGR/5 transmitter has been off for about a week. I was planning to put it back in service last Friday when I arrived up there but a number of house construction related projects got in the way. Also it rained a number of times and this added to the difficulties. The latest plan is to return either this Thursday or Friday and I will put the transmitter on the air shortly after arrival.
I think I mentioned the keydown mode that I added which includes a station ID at 10 WPM every 10 minutes or so. Any preference between this mode and the QRSS3 mode which includes 5 repeats of /5 and then 5 full IDs at 10 WPM?
Bill
