Thanks for the report! I listened for a while last night, and had some 
late decodes due to the static. Each run eventually produced something, 
though.

It's interesting how long the run can go with frequency and frame locks 
but no decode. This obviously only happens under really lousy signal to 
noise conditions. Having this beacon running full time will be 
interesting. Daytime copy here is easy, with some first-line decodes.

I'm going to check my GPS UNlocked reference here at home, as I think it 
has wandered.
