[Lowfer] SSTV Program

I've played with that one.  I should have been more specific.  The SSTV
program, SS being relative, was a small window, about the size of a playing
card that could be placed over another screen on your computer and would
create a soudcard output at a handfull of frames per second.  It was very
basic, just run the program and drag the box over what you wanted to show.
There was brief experimentation of the program in the LowFER community five
or six years ago.

with 100 watts.
