[Lowfer] Signal on 510.500

OK John,
it seems to be a "regular" carrier, just there, I hear NDB a little further 
up
in frequency, lots of Canadien NDB for a fact. No NAV-TEX yet.
I also need to swap out this computer and sound card, as the stronger
signals make ARGO work harder, with multiple signals, computer is a slow
one, by virtue of it running Windows 98SE, on a 100 Mhz machine.
Weird as the thing isn't running anything else.

Well I will continue to listen/check NDBs I can't hear China Broadcasts
since the antenna is still about 20 feet down from the roof, and inside 
facing
north.
