[Lowfer] XGR/3 WSPR Sunday night

WE2XGR/3 will run in WSPR mode tonight from 0000 to 0500 UTC. Set your 
receiver to 507 kHz USB, and XGR/3 will be at the center of the passband 
(1500 Hz => 508.500 kHz). Your PC's clock should be within 1 second of 
real time for the thing to work right. K1JT's WSPR software may be 
downloaded at:

Reports are welcome. Other signals are welcome. Thunderstorms are not 
welcome.
