[Lowfer] WWV on 5 MHz revisited

the sweeping signal is millitary, I hear that alot, if looking at a spectrum 
analyzer you can watch them hop around.
the other thing is really wierd. if its on 5Mhz I would assume that its WWV 
but is sounds more like somones playing Pong Lol
