[Lowfer] 7MHz Moonbounce!

I am getting the primary transmission on 7.4075, but not the bounce. Using
an SDR-IQ with SpectraVue and a crappy antenna.

About 15 to 20 dB weaker than last night' test. Echoes stronger than
'direct' tonight as seen below.
