[Lowfer] 7MHz Moonbounce!

Heard the start up very weak. Got stronger bit later for about ten minutes. 
Faded and hasnt been heard for awhile now. Will continue to monitor the time 
period and change frequency, though I still hear the problem broadcast on 
the other one tonight like last night.
