On 74075 I have some kind of dirty looking signal about 6 or 7 KHz wide
right where the transmission is supposed to take place ... is anyone seeing
the HAARP sig there?

Sorry gang. Forgot to mention I can hear the HAARP signal and the echo.
HAARP is about s-5 to s-8 and the echoes go from about s-5 down to below the
noise.
