[Lowfer] Anyone warching for the HAARP Transmissions?

Very interesting. I can hear both the transmitted pulse and return echo here 
in SC. 
Well now I can say I have actually heard a signal from the moon on HF.
Using Icom R75 and Ratzlaff active whip.
