Finally got around to looking for WEB on 189.95 khz....
and found him at about 10:30 PM EST.  Capture can
be seen at http://home.woh.rr.com/n8tl/weak_signal.htm

Noted the same effect that Peter saw the prior evening...
namely.....the "w" in the call is distorted by some anomaly
in the keying. If someone is chating with Bill on a regular
basis...I would suggest that he be informed so a check of
the keying can be done.  His signal didn't look last year
as it does now.
