Yes I have; the problem with this little $ 30.00 kit
is: It leaves a lot to be desired, but it's all I have
for the moment. The Osc. is square wave, instead of
Sine. So the carrier as seen on ARGO is very wide and
noisy, not the nice flat line needed to key as an A1A.
Freq. stability is not good either, drifts 2 to 5
tenth's of a cycle back and forth, this would create
some wavy lines at long dit/dah lengths. It's not xtal
controlled, it uses L-C combo into a CMOS Inverter to
set freq. pretty crude. It ultimately may be a
disaster waiting to happen.
