[Lowfer] I need some listener reports

Hello Fellow LOWfers: I just finished modifing a
vectronics 100mW A.M. xmtr ( square wave noise maker
more precisely )to operate in the 510 to 515KHz range.
According to NavAids.com there is a NDB " OF " at 510,
and the next NDB is at 515KHz. so there is a window of
about 4KHz where no NDB's operate. I am considering
the frequency of 512.500KHz and will use MCW with
100Hz tones at the QRSS-3 length. What I need from the
LOWfer community is a reception report of what you
hear at 512KHz give or take 1KHz. This seems to be the
quietest freq. here, but I do hear a beacon " HMY " on
512KHz. A search shows that there is no such beacon
listed. Anybody know any info on it? Can't cause
interference. This will be my first attempt at putting
a beacon on the air, so I'm sure I'll be asking for
some advice in the days ahead.
