[Lowfer] Just Lowfin' around tonight

	It's been awhile since I've tuned down around 185.3 KHz. A couple of weeks
ago I did but was greeted by a blank Argo screen. I thought that perhaps
with all of the part 5 interest lately, the Lowfers were gone. Well, I had
put in a new computer and I guess my soundcard was off by about 13 Hz ... I
discovered that by calibrating everything on WWVB. I've got the correct
offset in Argo now and last night I was greeted by a nice quiet band and the
following screen:
