Rick,

Regarding all of your questions, MultiPSK uses 11025 Hz sampling for all 
modes except one that does not concern us. That's a common rate, unlike 
8000 or 5512 Hz, which give problems for some machines. While we can't 
testify for all the setups out in the field, Jay's and mine are properly 
calibrated. Sampling rate stability is not generally not an issue, based 
on considerable experience at LF with WOLF and the slow PSK modes, which 
are quite fussy, with rate cals typically made to two or three decimal 
places. Your question about resampling might be pertinent to some setups 
(not mine), and would be worth a look on a case-by-case basis.
