   Part of the reason that there is no centralized web site for WE2XGR lies in the difference in philosophies between WD2XSH and WE2XGR.
   WD2XSH is run as one experiment with a definite command and control structure- you are given a frequency,
limited modes, and required to report in on a monthly basis.
   WE2XGR follows a decentralized model where each participant conducts his own experiments within the broad guidelines of the license parameters (research into digital modes, propoagation etc).
