The WE2XGR stations are listed on the 500kc.com site at:

XGR/1, /2, /3 and /6 are presently active.

As noted on the license, a higher ERP limit, operation from 505 to 515 
kHz, and a greater variety of modulation schemes were granted.

There is presently no separate web site for WE2XGR. Ralph Hartwell has 
been very cooperative with including info on the 500kc.com site. As you 
have observed, news of activities is usually carried on the Lowfer mail 
list.
