[Lowfer] OZARKCON QRP CONVENTION

Let me extend an invitation to the lowfer group to attend the Ozarkcon qrp
convention at Joplin MO on April 25 & 26. I will be there as well as Dave
Bixler, former operator of MO beacon and Joe Porter the new owner of MO beacon.

There will be one forum on vlf and lf. There will be plenty of time for the 
lowfer's to get together and swap tall tales.
