The problem isn't us, we know about the noise problems and will pay the $$$
to prevent\limit it.

When faced with a $15 (or even $7) bulb that is noise free or a $1.25 bulb,
the average consumer will pay $1.25 and not even be remotely aware of the
difference.  Surround yourself with 25,000 of these and your noise free
porch light won't matter...
