I work for CSA International and the quickest way to get us to react to 
a problem is use the 'L' word (liability), most people are the same even 
techophobes...

If you have problems from a neighbour's noisy lamp, show them this... I 
bet this will freak most people out and have them demanding better 
options and removing these and replacing them with their 50 year stash 
of tungsten bulbs...  I know I'm stocking up, nothing beats a black body 
radiator for beautiful quiet light :-)
