Hi Warren:

CFL's do radiate...and, in my case, I found that the housewiring served as 
the antenna.  The EMI filter circuit in the CFL
is very inefficient and can cause noise issues in some cases.  Since my LF 
stuff is DC powered, and, the antenna is well
away from the house, it's not that much of an issue yet....until everyone in 
the neighborhood starts to use them...hi.
