[Lowfer] XGR/3 MFSK16

Hi John, Lowfers,

I tried to copy your MFSK16 this evening but due to an error
in making some memory changes in the TS-440 I missed all of
it except the last line!  I hadn't noticed that the frequencies I'd
saved were all LSB, hence the no-copy!  With that corrected
I managed to get a copy before you went QRT.
