[Lowfer] XGR/3 PSK31

Hi John, Lowfers,

I'm running both PSK31-SB and MultiPsk here this evening in
two separate machines.  Neither is getting 100% copy, but it's
a hard call as to which one is best.  I started the progs around
03:00 UTC and will let them run all night and compare copy
in the morning.  Lots of static crashes on HF here tonite!
