[Lowfer] BCB hets right now @ 1300UTC

I am hearing hets or audio from many of the NHK stations, as well as S.Korea 
on 1566....We have abt 1-1/2 hours before sunrise....I've never heard these 
hets before...Equipment here is 130ft Windom @ 40ft to a Kenwood TS-450S 
with the BCB modification....73...Jordan....
