Hi Mike,
       16.4KHz is Norway. Seems intermittent  at my QTH, not on the air all 
the time. Those were some good VLF catches  Laurence made from 
Shanghai/Singapore.
       I didn't have any luck with SAQ  this time. Static levels here in SC 
increased to 20-40 over S9 due to strong  thunderstorms rolling through the 
South. The VLF band was unlistenable . Looks  like those storms brought a lot of 
tornados to the south also.
