[Lowfer] GROUND RESISTANCE

How do you guys measure ground resistance? I live on a rocky tree covered mountain .My lowfer beacon is almost complete but Id like to know what my ground losses are so I can design my antenna and my amplifier tank circuit matching.I have read that mountain ground resistances are 100 plus ohms but how exactly do I measure that ?With an ohmeter or impedance  bridge or what? I m new to the whole vertical antenna thing; let alone extemely short lf verticals !
