[Lowfer] 185.3 kHz waterhole monitoring

Try the link now guys, I believe all is working again. We had 90+ mph 
winds last night that created a lot of havoc, including knocking out my 
internet connection and blowing down several antennas. My active 
vertical is on the ground and will have to wait until I have other wind 
damage repaired before I put it back up.
