[Lowfer] Multi-tone Signal

Lloyd,
I see the signal in the SpecJT window and have centered it under the bw
indicator by adjusting the frequency a bit. The time should be ok as it
is synced in XP. I have it set to Z time. I will let it run to see it
it will decode. I can hear the signal better than it looks on the screen.
