[Lowfer] D4 - My Experience

I've been using D4 with No Problems, I stick mostly with the 
Military, or NIST servers. With D4, WOLF, and WSPR always
work fine. I am running Win98SE. I haven't been following all
the posts, so I don't know any issues others may have had.
Definitely if you try it and it dosen't work; just Delete it.
