[Lowfer] Watering hole beacons and WE2XEB

Monitored the Lowfer beacon watering hole around 185.3 kHz overnight. 
Didn't see UWL, but MP was strong as usual and CV perked up nicely 
around 1030Z 12/25/08 on ARGO QRSS-30. Found I need to clean away snow 
from the antenna rotator or freeze/thaw cycles will cause it to sieze 
up. Understandable with snow over a foot deep and temperatures falling 
below zero over night.

Would have listened for WE2XEB but the notice of 12/24 operation didn't 
appear in the bulk mail post (Lowfer Digest, Vol 46, Issue 28) until 12/25.
