[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 WSPR again tonight

Thanks to John, Jim, Scott A, Scott T, David, Robert and Fred for the 
reports.

WE2XGR/2 will transmit WSPR again tonight starting at ~2315Z but will be 
using WSJT7 software in QSO mode. Not necessarily looking for a QSO - just 
want to sort out any TX/RX  'issues'. Will transmit the 'first' 120 second 
time slot and will be receiving during TX off time slots, however I probably 
won't be in front of the computer the entire time.

As always reports are appreciated.
